Which may or may not be enforceable... In practice, from what I have read, in past law suits many clauses in EULAs, and even sometimes the EULA in its entirety, have been ruled unenforceable. There was an article on Slashdot today about a bill proposed by a Rep from California which in part intends to make EULAs completely uninforceable. It's almost surprising these days to see legislation proposed that looks out for the average Joe. Of course, that also means it doesn't have a snowball's chance of being passed... - -- Derek D.
