At any rate, a quick google on those model numbers turns up the following useful URLs: http://www.griffintechnology.com/monitors/DEC23.html http://www.monitorworld.com/Monitors/sony/gdm1961.html The specs don't seem to completely agree (one link is geared toward Macs, which may explain...), but in any event the monitor appears to operate at 75Hz, which is much more reasonable than 130Hz. Virtually any decent recent video card will work at that refresh rate, at most reasonable resolutions.
