Probably true...  This petition is exceptionally well written and
covers all the essential points.  It should make a great basis for a
letter writing capmaign.

I will, however, note that despite how easy it is to sign such
petitions, less than 7500 people have currently signed this one (and
it's been around for quite a while now).  Perhaps the real enemy we
face is apathy...
