[Discuss] Help with mailing list

I guess I'm looking for both. I've never run a mailing list myself,
and am curious about what everyone here would use. At the same time,
Stan put out a call for people to help him out, and I figured I'd
forward it to the mailing list because I figured someone here could
help him out.

Thanks for all the suggestions!
