[Discuss] New BLU meeting times

[Jerry Feldman]

As a result of the MIT parking restrictions, we will be moving the BLU
monthly meetings to a later time. Next Wednesday we are moving the time to
7:30, but following meetings we propose for 8PM. This is to accommodate
people who park at the meters in Cambridge which are free after 8PM.
