I have tried transferring the domain name agilenewengland.org from
GoDaddy (www.godaddy.com) to HostGator (www.hostgtor.com) at least 10
times in the past few months. Every time I get an email back from
HostGator saying "agilenewengland.org Canceled - Invalid
EPP/authorization key - Please contact current registrar to obtain
correct key".  Other domain transfers have gone well.

Today I finally asked GoDaddy to escalate the problem, and they had the
registry reset the auth key to another key.  I tried the same process
again, and got the same results with the new auth key.  Both GoDaddy and
HostGator say there's nothing they can do about it, and trust me I've
been harassing them enough.

I found a complaint form on the ICANN/InterNic website, but it pretty
much said they're just going to contact the existing registrar.  There
HAS to be a way of resolving this.
