Maybe I don't get out enough, but I wouldn't expect Kompozer to 
downscale the images for you. Yes, your daughter conveyed some intent by 
setting the size attributes on the <img> tag, but I wouldn't expect 
Komposer to interpret that as an action to perform on the image files.
