I've heard Dell uses nonstandard pinout for their motherboard power
connector, so you can't keep their motherboard and get an upgraded
power supply elsewhere, or vice-versa.  (Trying it will fry something,
and probably probably voids the warranty too.)  Can you confirm this
for your new system?
